Plan for a line of showers to traverse the DMV from west to east during the morning commute. The D.C. Metro may experience a period of showers between 7-10 a.m. It's also very warm ahead of this front with temperatures starting off in the 60s area wide (our average daytime high for November 1st is 64 degrees). Skies will brighten midday allowing temperatures to warm to around 80 degrees. Skies will be clear this evening with temperatures in the 60s for your Friday night plans. TONIGHT: Mainly Clear Lows: 43-50 Winds: North 5-10 mph It will be a clear and cooler night with lows falling into the 40s across much of the DMV. SATURDAY: Mostly Sunny Highs: 62-67 Winds: North 5-10 mph It's back to feeling like fall for the first weekend of November. High temperatures will be in the 60s with plentiful sunshine. **2AM SUNDAY: Turn your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday, as we 'fall-back' to Eastern Standard Time. Sunrise Sunday is at 6:39 a.m. and sunset is at 5:05 p.m. SUNDAY: Mostly Sunny Highs: 61-66 Winds: South 5-10 mph After a cold start in the 30s and 40s, high temperatures will rise to the low to mid 60s, which is right where temperatures should be this time of year.
