After a record high of 78 yesterday, highs will be more seasonal for November (our average high is now 59). It will be a sunny and breezy to windy day, adding an extra chill to the air. The wind will ease this evening allowing temperatures to fall quickly after sunset. TONIGHT: Mainly Clear Lows: 27-36 Winds: Northeast 5 mph Clear and cold conditions are expected overnight. Low temperatures are expected to fall below freezing in our western suburbs. Temperatures will likely stay above freezing in D.C. and for many neighborhoods along and east of I-95. This will be the coldest night/morning of the season, thus far. The lowest temperature at DCA has been 44. Dulles has fallen to 33, but has yet to reach the freezing mark. WEDNESDAY: Sunny Highs: 50-55 Winds: Southeast 5-10 mph After a very cold start, plan for a sunny and crisp afternoon with highs only in the low to mid 50s.
