Grab a jacket and sunglasses out the door.  Temperatures are a good 10-15 degrees cooler than yesterday morning.  After a crisp start, temperatures will warm to around 70 degrees this afternoon with a brilliant blue sky and low humidity.  Temperatures will cool quick after the sun sets just before 6:40 p.m., so have a jacket for your evening plans, as well.

With clear skies and light winds, temperatures will fall quickly overnight. Wake-up temperatures will once again be in the 40s for most.

Our stretch of outstanding October weather continues across the DMV. After a cool start, temperatures will warm to around 70 degrees. 

THURSDAY:

Highs: Mid 60s
Winds: Northwest 5-10 mph
Thursday will be the coolest day of the week with highs only in the mid 60s. It will still be a delightful day to get out and enjoy the fall weather. 

THIS WEEKEND:
The second weekend of October looks delightful! Cool mornings will be followed by warmer than average afternoon highs in the mid to upper 70s.
