Class highlights

Establishing a regular meditation practice with Esther Ekhart

Sunday June 28 15:15 CET
This workshop will teach you to meditate with an anchor for when your attention starts to stray or when you’re feeling overwhelmed in your daily life.

Mellow Music Flow with David Lurey

Saturday June 27 16:30 CET
We'll do some rolling and flowing, grooving and exploring. There'll be poses and movement, introspection and connection... A little bit of everything that we can squeeze into an hour together.

Neck and Shoulder TLC with MacKenzie Miller

Saturday June 27 17:45 CET
In this class MacKenzie will guide you through several gentle movements focusing on decreasing shoulder and neck tension. The results will be increased physical spaciousness and decreased stress.

Individualized, Breath-Centered Yoga with Leslie Kaminoff

Sunday June 28 19:00 CET
This workshop will utilize a series of guided breath-centered interactive explorations that will illustrate how a group of any size - live or online - can have a rich, individualized experience of yoga.

The power of the feet with Julie Martin

Saturday June 27 19:00 CET
Julie will take you through a sequence of integrating the spring loading of the feet and ankles to give us lightness and ease of movement in the rest of the body.
