INDUSTRY NEWS

NATIONAL: Impact XM has announced its speakers for Rethink 2021, a virtual conference that aims to inspire and educate event professionals about innovative marketing strategies. The event will take place digitally from June 15-16, and over 500 marketers are expected to be in attendance. Adam Grant, an organizational psychologist, and Tiffani Bova, a global customer growth and innovation evangelist at Salesforce, are two of the featured speakers. 

Global event company Reed Exhibitions has announced its new identity as RX. Building on its event business, the company plans to use its updated digital transformation to help all types of customers and businesses grow and create year-round communities.

ATLANTA: Tre Vele, a new restaurant featuring elevated Italian cuisine, will open its doors midsummer in Sandy Springs. The dining room space is 3,500 square feet and offers seating for between 90 and 100 guests, while the 1,500-square-foot rooftop terrace can accommodate 90 seated guests or 150 standing guests. 

AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO: The Moontower Comedy Festival will return to Austin for its 10th show from Sept. 22-25. Some of the featured comics include Margaret Cho, Dave Attell, Leanne Morgan and Bob the Drag Queen. All badges are available now to purchase, and more information can be found on the event's website.

BOULDER, COLO: The Colorado Music Festival will host its summer season from July 1 to Aug. 7 at Chautauqua Auditorium. There will be 22 different performances, and participants also have the option to stream any of the shows online.
