Issue No. 1529: May 30, 2024

Good morning!

As the temperature rises across the Lone Star State, I'm always looking for new ways to cool down. In today's newsletter, I've got some great recipes that will keep you cool on hot summer days - and they taste great too! From salads made with hydrating fruits and veggies to a margarita spiked with cooling aloe vera juice, these recipes are the perfect way to beat the heat!

I've also got a few DIY booze pops to add some sassy fun to your next happy hour, along with some ideas on how to use rosé in a cocktail.

Plus, check out Z's Wood Fired Pizza in Boerne before it's too late! I'm sad to announce they'll be closing for good at the end of September.

Stay cool!
