Here's how to fast-track your Parkway's Thanksgiving po-boy. On a road trip to Lafayette, we pack an ice chest with smoked sausage and meats from classic Cajun smokehouses. It's not exactly sweater weather yet. But our appetites are telling us that now is the time to dig in, no matter the ups and downs of the actual weather.
