Dear John,

It has been 20 years since 9-11. In order to remember so many who paid the ultimate sacrifice, we are having a special Live Facebook Event on the Zig Ziglar Facebook page at 10:00 a.m. CST on 9-11.

Ron White is a veteran of the war in Afghanistan and a 2 Time USA Memory Champion.

He is honoring the fallen from the US military in the war in Afghanistan by reciting the names of the almost 2,400 names from memory (with a blindfold to keep him from getting distracted, but also so it's clear it's from memory). Please tune in and leave a message of gratitude for the sacrifice of these souls.

He is reciting them chronologically in order of casualty.

The tribute will be reciting the rank, first name, and last name of each fallen service member from memory.

It is our desire to keep their memory alive and inspire new generations of Americans with the reminder of the selfless sacrifice of so many.

It is often said, 'You are not forgotten.' But Ron wants us to remember each one individually and say, 'YOU are not forgotten.'
