How many times have you heard, “never go to bed angry”? But have you ever stopped to think about the logic behind that relationship “rule,” or if it actually works for you and your partner? Personally, there comes a point in an argument where I am so emotionally exhausted that I can’t have a productive conversation anymore — and in that scenario, it probably would be best to resume the conversation with cooler heads in the morning.
