If you've ever opened an art journal or sketchbook, you know that moment – just you and the blank page, wondering where to begin. 😳

Maybe looking at that problematic blank page brings on feelings of uncertainty, a bout of artist's block, creative pressure, or a nagging worry that you might "mess it up."

Monday could be for playing with lines, Tuesday for exploring colors, etc.

For example, you could lean on the elements and principles of art for a rhythm like this:

There's no pressure to create a masterpiece.

If you're still overwhelmed, you could choose ONE of these focus areas to explore for an entire week.
