Good morning, LSU fans. Have we got news for you, a little something for everyone. We're talking basketball, football and baseball. Let's get started. Basketball: LSU announced it will put up a statue for all-time women's basketball great Seimone Augustus. Details are still a little fuzzy, but Augustus will be the first female athlete at LSU with a statue on campus. Meanwhile another LSU women's basketball great, Khayla Pointer, got drafted in the top of the second round by the Las Vegas Aces WNBA team Monday night. That's the team run by Pointer's aunt, former LSU coach Nikki Fargas. On the men's side, find out here where former Tiger Brandon Murray wound up after transferring. Spring football: With spring practice at the midway point and barreling toward LSU's spring game on April 23, our Wilson Alexander takes stock of what we've learned about Brian Kelly's Tigers so far. Baseball: LSU coach Jay Johnson gave an update Monday about injured catcher Alex Milazzo. Freshmen Josh Pearson and Josh Stevenson made their presence felt in last week's series sweep at Mississippi State, and Pearson earned Southeastern Conference honors for his efforts. And click here to see where the Tigers are ranked going into Tuesday's non-conference game with Lamar. Speaking of Lamar, here's how to watch the game. Thank you for reading.
