3. Facebook Taught an AI How to 'See' Using Instagram Photos

Facebook has trained a new AI system, called SEER, how to 'see' what it's observing. How was it taught? Facebook showed it a billion "unlabeled and uncurated" public Instagram photos. We're no AI experts, but we think that's a little too much Instagram, AI or not.
