A couple help themselves to $600 in Stanley cups: Bainbridge Township police blotter
Police were called 2:15 p.m. July 30 to the Bainbridge Township Dick’s Sporting Goods after a man and woman drove away with $600 worth of Stanley Cup containers they did not purchase. An employee took a photo of their car and license plate. Police are investigating.

Drunken man removed from Starbucks: South Euclid Police Blotter
A Starbucks manager reported Aug. 9 that a man, who was possibly drinking alcohol, was causing a disturbance inside the store. Responding officers located the suspect and detected an odor of alcohol on his breath. He was having difficulty standing and refused to leave the store when asked.

As seen in this week’s Russell Township police blotter, a concerned citizen called police July 29 advising that someone is removing road closed signs on weekends at Kinsman Road. The road is under construction and is not safe for motorists to use.
