Announcing our partnership with the Kindness Factory
Dear valued reader, It’s safe to say the last 18 months have been some of our toughest on record. With that in mind our mission to keep communities strong, informed and connected has never been more important and we continue to look for ways to support your health and wellbeing. Supporting youth mental health Today we are pleased to share with you that ACM and <insert local masthead> have entered into an official media partnership with the Kindness Factory. The Kindness Factory, founded by Kath Koschel, is a not-for-profit organisation supporting youth mental health through delivery of the Kindness Curriculum . This powerful tool educates our future generations to be resilient and thoughtful individuals with kindness at its core. We look forward to sharing with you Kath’s incredible story of adversity and strength, which you can read in print and online today, and providing you with ways to integrate kindness into your life. The work Kath and the team do is fantastic and we couldn't think of a better cause to support. To launch the partnership we will grant 80 schools access to the Kind Schools Network - a premium extension of the existing Kindness Curriculum. Ongoing support Through our newly launched insurance business, View Insurance, we will also be donating an amount equal to 2% of each individual policy* sold to help deliver the Kind Schools Network to more schools across the country. Protecting our most valuable assets is important and now, simply by insuring our assets with View Insurance we can help our kids learn about the importance of kindness and the role it can play in managing mental health. How you can help You too can support the Kindness Factory by simply logging an act of kindness at kindnessfactory.com. Should you be looking for insurance or to switch providers, we’d encourage you to consider a policy with heart. Visit viewinsurance.com.au or give our helpful team a call on 1300 048 439. We can assist you with home, landlord, car, pet or business insurance. We thank you for your ongoing support, The Canberra Times team.
