A free-entry festival dedicated to wellness is coming to London

Here's an event that does what it says on the tin: The Embassy Gardens Feel Good Festival is all about promoting mental and physical wellbeing, through a holistic programme of classes, talks, creative workshops, and live entertainment.

Head to Embassy Gardens — part of the Nine Elms regeneration zone — on Saturday 2 September for a full day of fun, with offerings from the design-led riverside district's robust community of health and fitness brands. The festival itself is free entry and offers plenty of complimentary activities on top of the paid ones, from hula-hooping to disco yoga, to a physiotherapist-led 5k.

The Embassy Gardens Feel Good Festival runs from 10am to 5pm, and families are very much welcome (it'd make an excellent last hurrah before the start of the new school year!) Read on for a few of the highlights, some of which you'll want to book in advance, or click below to book your free tickets today.

Find Your Zen

Ready to feel the stresses of city life melt away? A two-hour Kundali yoga and sound therapy session at Remedi, Embassy Gardens' onsite wellness centre, should sort you out! Alternatively, why not give Community Sauna Baths a go? Their sauna and storytelling sessions feature alternating plunges in the sauna and an ice bath for a real buzz.

Immerse Yourself In Creativity

Wellness is just as much about a healthy mind as it is about a healthy body. Join a female-centred book club, enjoy live music, or take part in an interactive walking performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream. You've even got the chance to unleash your own creativity with a Brush and Bubbles art class.

Enjoy Excellent Food

As The Embassy Gardens Feel Good Festival is an all day affair, you're going to need to refuel at some point. Chef Paul Asher has taken over the hatch at celebrated oyster bar Darby's to serve up incredible South East Asian BBQ. Grab that for lunch, then head back to Darby's when the festival finishes for Oyster Happy Hour (featuring Drag Disco by Man to Pet!)

Get The Kids Involved

There's plenty of fun for your young ones on the agenda, too. World Heart Beat Music Academy is hosting musical instrument taster workshops for 5-19 year-olds, while the youngest visitors can enjoy baby yoga with Babble and Zen. Plus, there's family entertainment in the sunken garden courtesy of The Provibers.

Take A Piece Of The Festival Home With You

In addition to all of the activities on offer, there's also a well-being themed market place where you can buy treasures from beloved local brands, spanning beauty, fitness, health, fashion, and homeware. These include Linnaean, Umthi Beauty, Remedi, and many more.
