Question: I am about to share a very important scientific discovery and wondering: How can I ensure that this advance in science is not misused for destructive purposes? Eckhart shares that while science can do incredible things, there has not been an equal development in consciousness or wisdom. What is needed at this time is for wisdom to come together with intelligence so that intelligence becomes informed by wisdom.

Question: I'm completely addicted to work, and it's caused me a lot of suffering. Your teachings have helped me, but I still want to work all the time, sometimes to the detriment of my other responsibilities. What do you suggest? Eckhart suggests adopting a formal meditation practice of sitting twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes. Through this practice you can begin to bring space to daily life and restore balance.
