Tuesday was a sad day as we learned about the passing of Adam Zimmer, a former New Orleans Saints assistant coach, who died Monday, his sister confirmed. Terrin Waack has the story on Zimmer's surprising death. Tuesday was the trade deadline in the NFL, but the Saints ultimately made no deals. They did, however, make a couple of roster moves, as beat reporter Terrin Waack reports. And, finally, I took a deep dive into the Saints' 24-0 win against the Raiders to see what the game film and analytics revealed about the team's best performance of the season. The Saints' game plan was simple: Get Alvin Kamara the ball. Our weekly film study explains how they executed it.
