Changes coming to the East?: Four large apartment complexes are for sale in New Orleans East after the owner filed for bankruptcy. “It’s a chance for someone to bring a significant chunk of units out there back into commerce as good, solid workforce housing," a real estate broker told Stephanie Riegel.
