The pandemic has impacted each of us profoundly. And since the situation is still far from over, we've decided to utilise the resources we have to shed a little light.

If you have been affected by the Coronavirus crisis, we've created 4 series of classes suitable for all levels to support and develop relaxation, resilience and joy. While yoga can’t change the pandemic, it can help us cope with some of its effects.

These classes are completely free of charge for you and your community.
