This Striking Newspaper Campaign Shows Just How Rarely Women Are Covered in Sports
 
 

How do you visualize what you're not seeing?

That's a tough question that's often plagued creatives trying to highlight extreme inequality and underrepresentation.

Havas Lisbon found an impressive solution in its goal to highlight how quickly sports reporting went back to being overwhelmingly male just one day after International Women's Day. Working with advocacy group  Raparigas da Bola ("Ball Girls"), the agency turns sports coverage into an full-sized infographic showing just how much space goes toward covering men versus women in athletics.
