Lucas County SC Iowa. Finished the last 40 acres of corn now that the recent cold spells would allow the ground to support equipment. 118 BU ave at 17.8% moisture and 52 lb test weight. APH for this field was 156. Lucky to get what we got, as prevent plant was in strong consideration. Much better yield than expected as I didn't think we'd break 100 Bu/A. BUT, many more acres of neighbors' corn are still unharvested, and rain and snow with wind expected in the coming days.
