Oregon's 2021 Legislative Session just wrapped up this weekend, and Oregon Democrats led the charge on major legislation to help us emerge from the pandemic as a better, safer, and stronger state.

Thanks to leadership from Oregon Democrats, the Legislature passed bills to:

  • Set the state on the path to 100% clean energy by 2040
  • Create a long-range plan to mitigate wildfire impacts
  • Expand affordable housing and mental health services
  • Make sure ballots count as long as they are postmarked by Election Day
  • Establish reforms and oversight around policing and community safety, efforts prioritized by the Oregon Legislature's Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) Caucus
  • Require safe storage of firearms when not in use
  • ... and much, much more!

These bills are now either on their way to the governor's desk, or have already been signed into law. All of these incredible accomplishments were only possible because supporters like you helped elect Oregon Democrats up and down the ballot.

Now, we're up against one of the most important fundraising deadlines of the year.With just a little over 36 hours left until our big end-of-quarter fundraising deadline at midnight on Wednesday, can we count on you to chip in with a donation to the Democratic Party of Oregon and help lay the groundwork for big wins in 2022?
