Irina Vukosavic and Filip Filipovic met at a Dundas West bar in December of 2015. Irina wasn’t single at the time, but the two kept in touch, and by the following summer, they began dating. After moving in together in 2019, they got engaged in 2022. Their three-part wedding started with a micro-ceremony at a Little Italy restaurant followed by a larger reception at Paradise Grapevine and an after-party at their Earlscourt home. Here’s how it all came together.

Alexandar and Sarah wanted to start a family and had been saving for a larger place, setting their sights on the west end north of St. Clair. With a budget of $800,000, they began their search for a detached house with two bedrooms, a parking spot and a yard for their dogs.

Naomi Harris, a happily single 51-year-old photographer, travelled to Japan to marry herself. “The focus was on the joy of getting dressed up, being a bride for a day and having lovely photos taken,” she says. “Why should you need a groom for that?” More from our ultimate 2025 bucket list here.
