English model and actress Cara Delevingne has long lived in Los Angeles, where earlier this year her home was destroyed in a fire, but she grew up in a pedigreed home in London’s Belgravia neighborhood that’s come up for sale for $30 million. Before the Delevingne family, the five-floor and six-bedroom home was owned by controversial gaming impresario John Aspinall. Today, the opulent residence includes a catering kitchen and a home cinema with a bespoke bar. In New Jersey’s Somerset Hills, about an hour west of Midtown Manhattan, a spectacular 1930s-era estate known as Ellistan is being offered for the first time in four decades. The almost 80-acre spread is anchored by a stately nine-bedroom Norman-style manor house of about 10,000 square feet. Stone terraces and manicured gardens around the house give way to a swimming pool, a tennis court, and extensive equestrian facilities.
