The Los Angeles estate of late oil heir Robert Day has hit the market for a heart-stopping $150 million, more than 20 times the $7.4 million the financier and philanthropist paid for the lavish Bel Air spread back in 1995. The estate’s park-like grounds encompass a main house and two guest houses with a total of 9 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms in almost 19,000 square feet. Highlights across the city-view property include a plush screening room, a dining room adorned with 18th-century French wallpaper, a croquet lawn, and an Argentine Padel court. Meanwhile, up near Seattle, power couple Russell Wilson and Ciara have sold their six-bedroom lakefront estate in Bellevue for close to its $21.25 million asking price. The couple will net a total of about $31 million when added to the sale of a neighboring property that was sold in a separate deal back in 2022 for almost $10 million. In addition to an 11,000-square-foot home, the property offers a bespoke treehouse and a private dock.
