A lesser known gift of the Holy Spirit

Dear John,

Mother Angelica once joked, “The sisters say I have the eighth gift of the Holy Spirit: guts!”

Her point was that to move forward in doing the Lord’s work, it takes boldness. As we look at all the opportunity that stands before us in 2020, do we have the guts to make it happen?

I know we do, and I suspect you’ve got a fair amount of guts as well. Let’s put our boldness to work in expanding our reach to places that EWTN has never been—places like Belgium and the Middle East. Let’s introduce more people to the Eternal Word, Jesus Christ!
