A marriage, a stabbing, an arrest near Mexico: Manhunt leads to capture of husband in Baltimore 'panhandler' killing

Mexico was just 20 minutes ahead. Keith Smith and his daughter were almost there. They just needed some gas in Combes, Texas. That gave a state trooper the chance to stop their car and make an arrest in the Baltimore "panhandler" killing case.
