Dear Azarians, As you all know, COVID-19 and the measures to slow the spread of the virus have turned our world upside down. Everybody sitting at home is doing their shopping online. Our distribution team is already stretched thin and is working their asses off getting all orders sorted and sent out. The same goes for our heroes at customer service. We completely understand you have a ton of questions and we will answer them all with care! But, as you can (hopefully) imagine, it will take them a bit longer to reply. That’s why customer service is only reachable by email and why it will take our distribution team longer to send out your orders. So, dear customer, before you contact us to ask why your order hasn’t arrived yet, first check your inbox (and spam folder!) to see if you received an order confirmation. If you did, trust that your order is on its way. Be aware: it might take us 10 to 15 working days to get it ready for shipping. Please keep in mind that we’re working very hard to get you your order as soon as possible! And if you still have questions or want to know more about the status of your order, please be nice to our fantastic customer service team and allow them some time to process your questions.
