Good morning. 🌤️ Unionized workers at the Philadelphia Museum of Art have been on strike for more than two weeks now. In an opinion piece for Hyperallergic, Emily Rice, who has worked at the museum for 12 years, explains what brought her and her colleagues to this moment. "We are not a small group of disgruntled employees," she writes. "We are the smart, talented, dedicated staff who make the institution work and we are supported by the public the museum works to serve."
