I’m inspired when I see people make breakthroughs in their lives. It can be physical, mental or spiritual. It can be professionally or even just tackling a task they once thought impossible for themselves.
I’ve learned that making progress — even slow, small strides — can be a driving factor in building confidence.
Afterward something funny happens. You learn that empowerment wasn’t exactly something you had to acquire. It was there all along.
That’s what I had in mind when I designed Yoga for Strength & Flexibility. Over six weeks, yeah, you’ll sweat. Each week, you’ll get two drills, a stretch, and a progressive yoga and body-resistance practice that puts everything together.
You’ll try completing reps of Chaturanga push-ups, pulsating lunges and pistol squats.
Maybe you’ll even question why you signed up — and guess what: I encourage that.
I want you to get clear about your intentions and what you’re doing here. I want you to examine where you think you can’t move forward. I want you to see that there is always a way.
The point isn’t to push or pretzel yourself into a pose.
In Yoga for Strength & Flexibility, I challenge you to find what progress looks like for you.
At the end of six weeks, you may not even do a single istol squat. But you’re going to feel stronger and more willing to redefine your limits. That’s where it counts.
Hope you’ll join me on the mat. Don't forget to use code RASTAYOGI to save 30%!
