Over the past few months, I’ve been getting almost daily requests from my audience for a cooking class that combines the best of healthy eating with quick-and-easy cooking. I’m so excited to announce that I’m teaming up with Clean Eating to provide you with just that: Cooking with Jesse, a live, hands-on cooking class that focuses on nutritious recipes.
Yes, that’s right, we are actually going to be cooking together in real time! Here’s how it will work: you’ll have access to the recipe and the shopping list in advance so you can look it over, buy the ingredients and prep your workstation. Then we’ll hop on a live class and make the dish together from beginning to end. I’ll show you tips and tricks, talk about nutritional highlights and by the end of the class we’ll have dinner on the table. I can’t think of a better use of time!
I’m hosting a series of six classes with a gorgeous selection of recipes such as mouthwatering grain-free lasagna, salmon with homemade teriyaki sauce and an epic Pad Thai that uses zucchini and carrot noodles. We’ve chosen a selection of recipes that will broaden your culinary skills, use wholesome, health-promoting ingredients, and of course, will be fun to make together.
