Reflecting on the past year, there are a few notable transactions that our team executed which have had notable impact on our clients and the greater community:
Armstrong Flooring, Inc at Greenfield
The adaptive reuse of two adjacent buildings, totaling 58,000 square feet, provided the opportunity to relocate Armstrong Flooring’s corporate headquarters, transforming Greenfield's front entrance.
Penn State Children’s Hospital at The Crossings at Conestoga Creek
The 47,000 square foot former Toys R Us was recast as Penn State Health Lancaster Pediatric Center. It will offer high-level pediatric care in an environment completely dedicated to children and their families.
Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Transportation Center at Greenfield
The new 86,000 square foot building will house Thaddeus Stevens' automotive and collision repair technology programs, with plans to expand their enrollment by 450 new students by fall of 2022.
