A Message to Our Clients about COVID-19

During this time of heightened concern due to COVID-19, we want to be transparent about our plans to do our part and detail the steps we’re taking to ensure you’ll continue to receive uninterrupted support from VitalSmarts.

As of Monday, March 16, VitalSmarts has encouraged all employees who can work from home to do so in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel, limited visitors to our offices, and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

However, rest assured our employees are working at full capacity and have the tools and resources to support our clients from any location. We are standing by to assist you with any adjustments you may need to make to your events and training needs. We have excellent virtual and on-demand training options and can quickly help you convert any at-risk events.

Our VitalSmarts Support team will continue to provide consistent and reliable support. Our service hours remain from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MDT. As always, you can email us at help@vitalsmarts.com at any time and we will respond to your needs within 24 hours.

We’re carefully monitoring the situation and considering advice from government and health officials in the communities where our employees and clients live and work. We will continue to send any necessary updates as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow cdc.gov and the World Health Organization for the latest COVID-19 updates.
