To our valued guests, As the situation around the Coronavirus continues to evolve, the health and safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance to us. As loyal fans of Johnny Rockets, we wanted to reach out to you and make you aware of the steps we are taking in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In addition to the vigorous daily quality assurance and safety standards currently in place in our restaurants, we share the following changes and reinforcements we're making in response to this health alert.
We will continue to uphold our strict standards as every member of our team has been thoroughly trained in proper hygiene and sanitizing procedures. As always, every table and counter is cleaned and sanitized between guest visits, along with booths, seats, chairs and counter seats. We are also actively cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, door handles, bathroom surfaces and menus. As an organization, we are reinforcing our policy of not allowing team members to work while sick.
It is always our top priority to provide everyone the best experience in our restaurants while protecting the health and safety of our guests and team members. However, if you would prefer, delivery and pick up are great options. Call your local Johnny Rockets to place an order for pickup or get it delivered from many of our partner delivery services. This is a fast-moving and ever-changing issue. We will continue to monitor and make the changes necessary to safeguard our guests and team members.
