EYESORE: It’s been 16 months since Paul Flower, CEO of construction firm Woodward Design+Build, acquired the shuttered Lindy Boggs Medical Center, with plans to redevelop the blighted, former hospital into an elderly care center. But the project is stalled, and the Mid-City New Orleans eyesore continues to sit idle, attracting graffiti and vandals, undeterred by the fencing and window boards Flower has put up to keep them out.
