8 Women on What They Really Want for Valentine’s Day

Whether you've been with the woman in your life for a few months or years, Valentine's Day is quickly approaching, and leaving you, a man, with one daunting task: Getting her the perfect gift. It can be overwhelming, certainly; there are so many kinds of jewelry and lingerie brands nowadays, and flowers and chocolate are always a good bet. And what do you even get her if she doesn't want those, anyway? Fret not: InsideHook has heard your overthinking, so we went out and did the hard work for you.

We decided to hit the streets of New York City and ask women what they would actually like to receive for Valentine’s Day. Some women mentioned the classic gifts, while others answered with ideas that, believe us, the woman in your life has more than likely thought about and would love (*cough* a mini vacation to Spain, perhaps?).

Overall, these women mentioned a wide range of ideas suitable for all different interests and prices. We also found that almost all of the women wanted the same thing — and it's a gift that's completely free.
