Happy December! Here’s to pulling through the last month of 2020… 
Today, the saga of a mysterious sculpture in the Utah desert continues and Editor Dan Schindel shares his excellent recs for short films on the Criterion Channel. Also, there’s a new book out on the Guerrilla Girls and Sarah Rose Sharp says it “engagingly summarizes the exhaustive organizing and advocacy work” that the group has done over 30 years.

Early bidding has opened for the inaugural sale at Greenhouse Auctions, a new auction house model that contributes to art historical scholarship at historically Black colleges and universities.
The sale, which is titled Sourdough, goes live on December 2 and features works by 17 emerging and established artists working across media.
