Aid Access, an online-only service run by a Dutch physician, began shipping abortion pills to the U.S. four years ago. Since Roe v. Wade was overturned, its requests from the U.S. have skyrocketed from around 600 a day to 4,000 a day, and opponents of abortion rights have little power to stop it.
