Good morning Marketer, today’s newsletter begins with some bittersweet news.

I’ve had the opportunity to do a lot while here at Marketing Land, from providing marketing coverage that matters and learning from many of you in this community – to landing at the top of your inbox every morning with a fresh scoop of updates.

My journey at Marketing Land and its publications, Search Engine Land and MarTech Today, has been nothing short of extraordinary – which is why it’s not easy to say goodbye. Today marks my last day at Marketing Land, and while I’m thrilled for the exciting new opportunities to come, it’s always difficult to leave behind a family.

So – rather than wax poetic and mourn my departure, I’ll just say this: It has truly been a pleasure. Thank you to anyone and everyone who has read my words and connected with what I’ve had to say. Marketers, students, and seasoned c-suites alike – it’s because of you that we celebrate this industry with such passion. Keep supporting the content and creators you care about.

Taylor Peterson,
Deputy Editor

Why we care. This does not mean 28-day attribution will be able to continue. It’s expected browser changes to cookie handling will mean the 28-day window essentially no longer works and Facebook will still have to move to 7-day default attribution.
