| Dear Mozilla supporter, Today, I'm asking you to give to Mozilla. I'm asking because it's been an incredibly rough year for all of us. A global pandemic, economic uncertainty, a loss of connection to the people and activities we love. 2020 has been hard. Imagine how much harder this year would have been without the internet? I once heard someone say, "When you think you can't take anymore, give." Give to your neighbor, your friends, your family, that stranger who looks like they could use a smile. Giving heals. The world could use some healing right now. As we head into 2021, the internet could use some healing too. Yes, I'll give today Misinformation spreading unchecked on the internet is a problem not going away anytime soon. We're the ones fighting back against it. Companies will continue to invade our privacy as much as they can. We're the ones pushing companies to do better. Mozilla is the champion for all that is good with the internet. Without the internet, how many more lives would have been lost this year? The internet has been a lifeline for so many. A lifeline that connects us to loved ones, educates us on how to be healthy, lets many of us work and learn from the safety of our homes.
