As we near the end of the year, I wanted to reflect on our goals and highlights from 2022, and share a few updates on what you can expect from us in the new year. At Owlet, our mission has always been to empower parents, give them more peace of mind, and help them find joy in the parenting journey. This remains our mission today. With the holiday season in full swing, we share in the sentiment that the holidays are a time of giving, and giving back is something that’s woven into the DNA of the Owlet brand. Through our Owlet Cares platform, we provide support through advocacy, charitable contributions, and research initiatives that truly change lives. We’re committed to donating $1 million in product and charitable support, and this year we made huge strides with that pledge. We donated 650 monitors to support Ukrainian refugees, provided support for families during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month through our Nursery of Hope program, and worked with parent-led nonprofits across the country to donate more than 2,000 monitors this year. This year, we also made significant product updates. In January, we launched a brand-new sleep solution for customers in both the U.S. and Canada. Our Dream Sock is the only baby monitor on the market that tracks heart rate and average oxygen level as Sleep Quality Indicators, and it’s proven to bring more parents peace of mind while their little ones sleep. We have even more on the horizon for next year. In early October of this year, we submitted a new prescription monitoring device for infants to the FDA and are awaiting its approval. We’re excited about this milestone and the possibility of making Owlet’s technology accessible to more families. We’ve monitored more than 1.5 million babies, and I’m extremely proud of the innovation and technology Owlet has delivered.
