When it comes to setting aside a little time each day to visualize, John, look at it like this:

No matter how distracted you become or how confused you are about the process, the simple fact that you gave your dream this time and attention means you did it correctly, you did it long enough, and that by the time you open your eyes, already in the unseen, huge wheels have begun turning.

HUGE.

You think I’d make it hard?

Doors close at midnight for the 21-DAY Change-ONE-Thing Adventure!

John, today’s lesson is about “Visualizing Your ONE Thing” for just a few minutes, using my 9 Visualization Guidelines.

Before you get started, write a short, loose script of what you want to visualize. This will help you stay on track.

Once complete, make notes on what you “saw” and felt. Ready to try it?!

P.S. John, always, you are so much more likely to succeed, be fulfilled, and find happiness than bring about anything you might be afraid of. Right?!
