Tempest in Jefferson: A recent dust-up in Jefferson Parish over an advertising contract is flaring up in full view on the council, politically isolating one of the two at-large members as she fires back, alleging corruption. Blake Paterson has the story. Teachers restricted: Gov. Jeff Landry has issued an executive order limiting how Louisiana schools can teach students about racism. Patrick Wall has the details. Budget preview: Mayor LaToya Cantrell made somewhat of a surprise appearance at the city's annual budget town hall.
