A popular eatery in New Iberia that closed this year will reopen

Good morning, Acadiana business news readers. Let's get to the headlines. 

Victor's Cafeteria, a longtime mainstay of New Iberia's Main Street, closed its doors on May 20 after over 50 years of business. Now, they've announced plans to reopen. 

This week Lauren Huckaby, the granddaughter of the original owners, wrote on Facebook that the family plans to reopen Victor's Cafeteria sometime in the next three weeks.
