Turnover tribulations

Happy Tuesday, Baltimore. Today's newsletter's about something we don't love to discuss, but is all too familiar to us: leaving jobs.

Today's Power Moves article, which you can see below,  notes several people separating from prominent positions in Baltimore. Some of them are scarcely explained by the employers themselves, if at all.

What does high turnover mean for a company and a city? How much is too much?

On the other side, when you see an open position at a company with high turnover, what makes you want to apply despite that turnover, or even accept a job there?

Let us know by replying to this email or sending a note to , anytime.
