 March 13, 2021  It's been a hard year — today marks the anniversary of Breonna Taylor's death at the hands of Louisville, Kentucky, police during a raid of her apartment. Her death is just one of a litany of abuses directed at Black girls and young women in this country — and it's easy to feel gaslit when you bring up how difficult it all is.
