Meanwhile, large law firms are witnessing other types of tensions as they continue expanding their nonequity tiers. And Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, which has made an aggressive push in the U.K. over the past year, has entered the top 10 U.K. M&A legal advisers for the first time.
