The A19 Tees Viaduct near Middlesborough between the A66 and A1046 Portrack Interchange (Haverton Hill, Stockton) is closed in both directions to high-sided and vulnerable vehicles due to strong winds. These restrictions apply to all vehicles with a height of 6ft 9 inches and higher, vehicles towing and to motorcycles.

Diversions for road users driving affected vehicles are: Northbound traffic follow the route marked out with a yellow square symbol on local road signs. This routes traffic via the A66 to Newport Interchange, to the A1032, then the A1046, back to the A19. Southbound traffic follow the route marked out with black circle symbol on local road signs. This routes traffic via the A1046, the A1305 North, the A177 and the A1027.
