Here is the latest information on the Breaking News

The A36 in Wiltshire is closed in both directions between the A303 Deptford junction (near Wylye) and the A30 (Wilton). Wiltshire Police attended the scene, where a Heavy Goods Vehicle had struck a bridge. The bridge structure has been confirmed as safe, and scene clearance and recovery work is taking place. Closures are in the process of being removed.

Traffic on the southbound A36 bound for Salisbury and destinations further south, or wishing to access the A36 southbound from the A303 should take the A303 eastbound from Deptford to the Longbarrow Roundabout just before Stonehenge. At the roundabout take the third exit and join the A360 southbound. Continue south to meet the A36 at the St Paul's Roundabout in Salisbury.
