A616 | South Yorkshire | Westbound | Broken down vehicle | Road Closed

The A616 in South Yorkshire is closed westbound between the A61 near Tankersley and the A629 due to a broken down HGV. Highways England Traffic Officers are in attendance and recovery is being arranged.

Diverted traffic should exit the A616 at the roundabout with the A61. Join the A61 southbound (Westwood New Road) until the junction with the A629. Take the A629 northbound and then rejoin the A616 at the junction.
